Demande au Québec is published by ITAG, a training and immigration-support business. ITAG also offers courses, simulators and calculators, some free and some requiring registration or payment. When an answer points to one of these tools, the page says so: "Tool offered by ITAG". The answers themselves do not depend on those tools.

What this site is not

• It is not a Government of Quebec or Canada website, and it does not act for any public body.

How answers are prepared

• Answer pages are written from official pages. Each page cites its sources and shows the date it was checked. Amounts, deadlines and dates are compared with the source, then the page is reviewed before publication.
• Some answers are generated by artificial intelligence from a web search. They also cite their sources but may contain errors: always confirm on the official page.
• Rules, deadlines and fees change. When information cannot be confirmed, the site prefers to point to the official source rather than guess.
